NCT Qualification

Complete the requirements and submissions listed below by the applicable deadline.

Part 1 Qualification Due October 30

  • Conduct Power Search quizzes with at least 100 students. For HBCUs with fewer than 750 students, the minimum is 50.
  • Submit the Player List, including scores for a minimum of 100 students unless the undergraduate population is fewer than 750, along with a roster identifying members of the HCASC Club (a minimum of 12 members).

Participant List

  • Enter all required contact information in the Game Play Database and indicate how each student participated:
  • Power Search, including quiz number and score
  • Member of the HCASC Club and/or participant in the campus tournament

Publicity Samples

Part 2 Qualification Due December 4

  • Hold a campus tournament with a minimum of 8 teams (24 players). Submit an accurate tournament chart and all scoresheets from the tournament, using Games 11-20.
  • Hold a scrimmage with another competing HCASC team. Submit all scoresheets from the scrimmage, using Games 11-20.

Scoresheets

  • Scoresheets are generated by the Game Play Database.
  • With the tournament chart and scoresheets from this year's Campus Games (Games 11-20), HCASC Headquarters must be able to re-create your tournament.

Note: Use the game number in the second column when you select “Reprint Scoresheet,” not the match number in the first column.
